Many of the handlebars on the 2024-26 KTM and GAS GAS bikes are hard bolted down. Funny thing is, the tapers are already there for someone to make dampers. So we did, and then we improved them again. Installing the Powerlips Intake on this 24-26 KTM 500 isn't hard. Just remove the reeds from the stock intake boot and replace with the Powerlips Intake. It never hurts to spray a little soapy water. The TBI 300 billet exhaust manifold is easy to install. The one thing is you may have to replace your base gasket. The existing exhaust manifold gaskets can be reused. Just remove the existing gasket sealer, and re-apply new gasket sealant to them. Start by taking off your cylinder. The securing bolts with spring hooks get removed and re-used on the new billet manifold. Once together, you may have to loosen up and adjust the springs to get the right tension. You can use a small flathead screwdriver to gently pry the old manifold of the cylinder and break the existing gasket seal. Gasket maker is great for the big gaskets. On the outside little gaskets, you can use clear RTV silicone. Put it all back together. Wipe off all the excess sealer. Make sure you give it all 8 hours to dry before riding, or you may get a pressure leak.

Installing a new Lithium Ion battery on your 2010-2026 KLX 250 / 300 is simple. The BSLi-02 Max lithium battery that we recommend is a lighter weight, smaller size battery that is superior to the stock battery. It provides more power and dependability, and is about 5 pounds lighter than the stock battery. Installation of the battery on your KLX is simple. Remove the the 3 bolts on your side panel with an 8mm socket. Remove the stock battery. Since this new battery is smaller, there is some empty space left over. They include foam spacers, so you'll want to make sure you use those. Make sure you connect the positive first, then negative. More power, less failure, easy fix! Our 2024-2026 High Flower Fuel Filter for KTM & Husky bikes is simple to install and solves a lot of problems. This replaces the inferior stock quick disconnect filter setup.
