24-26 TBI Spark Arrestor End Cap for 150
This is a replacement end cap for the stock exhaust on 2024-26 150 TBI bikes. It includes a spare spark arrestor element, so you can have a fresh one if you ever need to clean one.
Just look at the dyno proven 2hp+ gain on over rev this end cap provides just on its own. We are one of the only ones that offer any real proof that our end caps work.
It has a spark arrestor in place, weighs the same as the stock end cap and makes more mid to top power than an aftermarket muffler because the internal core is longer.
It’s also quieter than an aftermarket muffler, since it has twice as much packing.
You can easily remove and clean the spark arrestor screen as needed, but it’s not needed much on the TBI bikes. You’ll drill out the stock rivets to remove the stock end cap and then this just bolts in place.
