This insert provides the length, smooth flow and velocity needed to add up to 3 horsepower over any other intake design. This works better than running just no reeds, our aluminum intake tube.
3D printing allowed for making the perfect insert. A lot of development and some computational fluid dynamics software, designed something only a 3D printer could shape.
To install, remove your reeds. Then just spray a little soapy water on it and it slides right in. After that, it doesn't budge and won't come out unless you want it to.

If we have already re-programmed your ECU for more fuel, it does not need to be changed again. If your ECU is stock, it will need to be reprogrammed to add fuel if you take the reeds out of your bike.
