This is the best power producing air box lid you can get for your Kawasaki KLX 250 or 300 (2010–2026). Whether you ride the Dual Sport (S/SM) or the off-road "R" model, our airbox lid fits models from around the world.
 
This lid has more testing on the dyno and actual riding than any other option. Others just take a guess or sell anything to make a dollar, but nothing compares to this! Look at the dyno chart. The bottom line is the use of a KDX 220 snorkel. The middle line is the stock airbox lid with the stock snorkel taken out. And the highest power line is this new lid.

Pro-Tips for Maximum Power
To get every ounce of performance out of this upgrade, we recommend trimming the tabs off the top of your side panels (see the last two gallery images). This creates the ultimate path for cool, clean air to reach your intake.
 
Installation Note: Engineering matters. The foam insert is precision-cut to a specific length—simply install the lid with the open side facing the rear of the bike for optimal flow dynamics.
